Update

Wow! Where has the time gone? I have gotten really slack about posting on here lately… sorry about that!

I looking back through the recent posts (or lack thereof), I realized that I haven’t updated you all on Jackson’s latest stats. He went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago for his 9 month checkup (he was actually a little over 9 months). He weighed 25 lb., 11 oz. and he was 30 ½ in. tall. They only measure up to the 95th percentile and beyond that you are just “above the 95th percentile.” Needless to say, he falls into this category.

In other news… he is walking! I've tried to get some pictures, but he moves so fast, I can't quite seem to get a good one! He started standing up all by himself a few weeks ago and took his first steps shortly after that. Now, he can make it almost all the way across our living room. This is both exciting and a little scary for me. I am so proud of how quickly he picks up on things, but when he falls down now, he tumbles. I’m sure that there are going to be many bumps and bruises in our future.
