40 Years and Counting

On September 6, my parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Yes, I said 40th!!! I feel so privileged to have grown up in a home filled with so much love. They really set a great example for us of what a caring, nurturing, happy marriage looks like. Congratulations, Mom and Dad, on 40 wonderful years. May there be many more!

Raleigh

A couple of weeks ago we went to Raleigh to visit my good friend, Kelly. Jackson had so much fun playing with Kelly’s little girl, Maddie. Maddie will have a new baby brother in December, so she got to see what it will be like having a little boy around. We very much enjoyed spending time with Kelly and Maddie (and Kyle for a second, too). Hopefully we will be able to see them again really soon.

Jackson & Stella

Jackson had a great time playing with his friend, Stella, last week. Stella brought her mommy & daddy (aka our good friends, Jess and Dave) over to our house for dinner so that she and Jackson could play. As you can see from the pictures, they had a lot of fun.
