Thursday Night

These are some cute pictures I took of Jackson last night. It is becoming more and more difficult to take pictures of him because he is all over the place!!! He has become such a good walker and he is getting really fast. I was trying to get some good pictures of him walking, but he was chasing me all around the living room!!!

Hannah Banana's

Here are some pics from our last trip to Hannah Banana’s at the Wacca-wache marina. As you can tell, Jackson had a really good time with his beach ball (thanks, Todd!). He was so interested in the beach ball that I was never able to get him to look at the camera!

The Park

I took Jackson to the park yesterday afternoon. He LOVES to swing!!! We had a great time, but were not able to stay for too long. It was HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

Surprise Visit

Jackson’s Aunt Laura (my sister) was with us this weekend. It was great having her in town for a few days and she was able to spend lots of quality time with Jackson. We also had a surprise visit on Sunday from my parents. They made the 4 hour trip on Sunday morning and we were able to spend a little time with them before they had to head back home. With our families living so far away, we cherish every minute we are able to spend with them. It was a great weekend!!!

Water

For those of you that do not know, Jackson does not like (and by “does not like” I mean HATES… big time) the water. Giving him a bath is not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination and any time I try to put his feet in the ocean, he cries. Well, we had a major breakthrough this weekend. We were at the beach and Jackson played in the ocean. Yes, you read that correctly… JACKSON PLAYED IN THE OCEAN!!! We were shocked and we have pictures to prove it. Oh, and he ate sand. Lots of it.
